ADC Aerospace has acquired Hyatt Die Cast & Engineering Corp., combining two Southern California producers of aluminum and zinc die castings for aerospace and defense applications.
The companies did not disclose financial terms. GreyLion, a private investment firm, acquired ADC in 2019.
