Can Art Aluminum Extrusion has purchased BRT Extrusions in Niles, Ohio, according to local news reports.
Youngstown, Ohio-based WKBN first reported that BRT had been sold and that Can Art acquired the aluminum extrusion plant. The outlet said the sale price was not disclosed.
